Solary have reached a verbal agreement with former Dplus KIA Challengers support Noh “Thumb” Hyeong-jun for the 2027 LFL season, Brieuc “LEC Wooloo” Seeger reported for Sheep Esports on November 8. Solary have yet to announce the signing.

The move would reunite Thumb with Cypher, the former T1 Academy bot laner also linked to Solary. The two played together at Liiv SANDBOX Academy in 2021. Thumb went on to spend several years in the Dplus KIA system, and Sheep Esports puts his last competitive appearance in May 2025. Solary would be his first team outside South Korea.

Solary are rebuilding after reaching the World Star Challengers Invitational final. If both bot lane deals go through, the club would fill both of its import slots, according to Sheep Esports. That would leave Solary looking for EMEA residents in the two solo lanes.
